Our facility is spread into to two units, both in the areas that offers shortest possible freight. Our capabilities at a glance:
Soft Anodizing, also called as White Anodizing, is a process of applying a protective coating on the Aluminium Metal Surface electrochemically. The resulting coating (Oxide Layer) is between 10 - 35 microns thick. The industry standard name for this process is "Type II" Anodizing. This kind of coating usually bears the metallic colour of the coated metal surface. Hence the term "Natural" colour.
Soft Anodizing is suitable for most of the industrial needs where contact with other metal surfaces are minimum. This process is also suitable for aesthetic purposes such as Electro-Colouring and Metal Dying.
Hard Anodizing is another process of applying an even thicker and denser coating compared to Soft Anodizing. Even though the process is similar, the anodic coating resulting from Hard Anodizing has higher abrasion resistance thereby increasing durability and an increase in hardness. The coating thickness ranges from 35 - 100 microns. The industry standard name for this process is "Type III" Anodizing.
For components that come into contact with other metals or is used in applications that wears down the metal, Hard Anodizing offers the best protection. Instances where the components are subject to medium to high temperatures are also best protected by this type of coating. Hard Anodized coating can withstand exposure to external elements like rain, water, heat and salt for decades.
For aesthetic purposes, Aluminium Metal surface can be coated with colours. This process is called Electro-Colouring. As the name suggests, this process is carried out under electrical charge and thus much more stable and long lasting than any other painting methods on Aluminium.
Aluminium Windows and Door profiles, Handrails, Glazing Fixtures, Interior Decoration profiles and even Medical Implants (Titanium) are coated using this process. Industrial components, needing colour differentiation as well as aesthetic appeal also can be Electro-Coloured.
Metal Dying is also a process of colouring of Aluminium Metal surface after Soft Anodization. There are wide variety of colours that can be applied and such coating can have a long life span.
Aluminium materials used for Decorative Purposes, Interior Decoration, Industrial & Automotive Components can be coloured using this process. Application is not limited to the above as any Aluminium component that is Soft Anodized can be Dyed.
